When TexturePrint launched, they faced an immediate hurdle of being up against the major player in the surfacing sector within the UK & Ireland. They enlisted Emberson Synergy to get their name out there as a strong and viable alternative within the space. They needed to get in front of specifiers, run trials, be named on tenders and, ultimately, win projects – but their small sales team struggled to achieve these objectives.


Solution

We delivered a daily managed bespoke lead generation service to help TexturePrint achieve their objectives. Using our persona-based marketing techniques, we identified the ideal relevant audience by industry type and loaded them into a new prospect database. This was then updated with ongoing prospecting, engaging and accurate lead qualifying over a six-month period. The database was sent strategic, targeted email campaigns which included relevant and engaging content to drive traffic to the website. Our expert insight and analysis of lead activity ensure that only the very engaged prospects are passed to the sales manager, who followed up with them effectively. Our service resulted in an £18k order in the first three months, along with other projects to price.
