When Nagano, Japan’s industry-leading producer of powered aerial access equipment within the construction sector, wanted to expand into the European market, they came to Emberson Synergy to make it happen with the best results. They had already built a reputation in Asia for world-class design and manufacture, but needed to communicate this experience within Europe. The objective was to make significant sales at its inaugural showing at BAUMA, Munich’s international construction industry event.
Recognising the need for a fresh approach that was tailored to the market, we developed a suite of new collateral including a new website, brochures, product sheets and stationery and promoted Nagano’s local dealer partnerships. Using our persona-based marketing techniques, we identified and homed in on key people in Nagano’s target European markets, generating a growing database of contacts for monthly email campaigns and directing prospects to the new website. Regular posting of thought leadership content on social media connected decision markers and also led to around 200 monthly site visits.
